No More Save Button?

Since the 1.7.4 update I haven't been able to save my vehicles is this happening to anyone else?

Should do yeah. It worked for me yesterday when i tested it with a boat anyway.

It was already auto saving by the time vehicles were added back in. The manual save function has served no purpose other than placebo for months.
