New AH60 and Mi17 not spawning - Lingor

So I thought I'd add them to my Private Hive on Lingor Island. They are in the database, should not be an issue. I spawned them, restarted the server. The database says they are where I put them, but in game they are not.

Is this because of Lingor, or....?

Any help would be appreciated.
