I need some suggestions for Arma2 & DayZ compatibility

So I spent about 3 hours looking around for chep parts on Newegg, and was able to throw together a makeshift Wishlist. Lol, not even knowing, I had a cheap little list going. My limit AT MAX is 300, maybe 25-50$ more, depending on the people giving me money for birthday and shizz like that. So yeah, please tell me if this list can do the following:

Play ArmA2: Graphics is NOT an issue! Just gameplay!

Play DayZ: Graphics is NOT an issue! Just gameplay!

And if yall could be ever so more helpful as to answer these questions as well?

Play Minecraft: Able to load Far *Maybe Very far on Optifine: Graphics is a MODERATE issue!

Play Technic: Able to load Far *Maybe Very far on Optifine: Graphics is a MODERATE issue!

Play CoD, BF, ect: Graphics is SLIGHTLY an issue!

Play Crysis 2: Graphics is NOT an issue!

And all this plus maybe recording Fraps, but if it cant oh well.
