Runs really slow

So when i play i always run slower than everyone else its not lag or food, drink, or weapon. the only thing i do different then my friends is use Arma2 free version.

It could be your connection speed, I seem to run faster than my friends (no hero skin either), once I checked our ping I came to this conclusion.
