Names Don't Show Up When Using Voice

As the title describes when using voice on our private server people talk but there name does not show so we have no idea who is talking. Would appreciate any help to fix this!

I think it is a server option to show names in specific channels.

go to your servers ArmA2OAProfile configuration file, and under the relevant difficulty setting, set this command: vonId = 1;

This option isn't there any more.  Do you know how to set the names to show in sidechat when skill level is set to Veteran ?
