Cheat or Lag?

So, yesterday me and my friends are on some of the AWA servers, 60 people online, world and equipment updates coming 10 seconds after doing stuff, pillaging and plundering through berezino and polana

Later, when we found a bus in the woods near the polana tanking station, we drove to the factory next to polana, where we goit attacked by two enemies:

One coming from polana, trying to snipe us down with an M24, we had 2 guys with CZ550

I was crouching at the big brown tanks when the first shots rang out, soon to be answered with "I am being shot!" by one of my fellow compadres

I see him crouching in a bush to the west on the tree/bush lane, zero on him, and get a clear headshot

I literally saw the bullet impact right on his forehead, yet he then ran away and we lost him

Later he still tries to snipe us, this time from the south hill at the factory, shoots 4-5 bullet, from which one hits a friend of mine ending in him being killed

Me, spotting him, and another guy in the west at the exact same spot again, shoot him into his torso, normally dropping people because of the 8000 damage (he was at 300 meters), yet no reaction whatsoever

I'm shooting one bullet more into him, this time hitting his legs as he ran away, still no reaction

Was this straight out lag or where these guys cheaters?

My buddies killed them later on, yet they had to shoot 2 AKM mags into them before they really dropped

Weird enough when we got shot we almost instantly dropped like it is the case normally

I had the same experience once, you can read up on it in my thread, but here's the TL;DR version:

>be on a rooftop, guarding my ladder

>guy beneath me

>he comes up, i sink 3 L85A2 bullets into his head, he does not die

>he comes up again and i shoot 2 full mags into his torso and head, no reaction

>i get killed in an instant

So yeah, i believe you had an encounter of the subhuman kind.

Yeah, normally i'd just say: "Too bad, must have missed, noo big deal"

But losing against a sniper who cant hit stuff at 300 meters with an M24 just feels bad, worse when you gave him a headshot and he just runs away

that is frustrating. I had to avenge 2 of my friends who got instakilled before i even knew what was going on and ended up dead myself, while some kiddie with no balls took my L85A2, one of the rarest rifles in the game :(

Yesterday I met someone, actually a noob, when I was running from Kamenka to Komarovo.

After 5 minutes, I found him, crouching and moving slowly. He didn't see me.

I had silenced mp5, and as I know, it has a low damage, so I got the closer I could.

I was 10 meter away from him, he stopped. I aimed to his head and started to shoot multiple times at his head (I could see the blood coming out), after the 4 first shoots, I stoped it, waiting to "XX was killed", but it didn't happen. He turned back, and started to run forward, in a straight line. So I aimed again, and waste a full magazine with 80% headshots, but he didn't die.
