Constantly night time?

I don't know what's going on today, but I've joined several servers throughout the day and evening, and they're all set to night time. DayZ Commander says it should be daytime, and the in-game watch agrees, but no matter what they're all set to night time. To test it out I've been on the same server today at both 01:00 and 13:00(server time), just to make sure I wasn't accidentally 12 hours out and it's been night time both times. My DayZ and ArmA versions are both correct, and the zombies also think it's night time as they can't see me in the gloom.

Is anyone else getting this?
