i have arma 2 combined operations and now im trying to download dayz but when i click the link it dont do anything. i download the 6 downloader. any help would be nice.

Download DayzCommander, it installs dayz for you and gives you the option to install the additional maps. It also updates it really easily.

and I'll recommend download, installing the DayZ officially-supported Play withSix. When you say "6 downloader", I think you're using the "old, outdated one". I bleieve there were once two different Six-app's. One for downloading/installing mods and an other for searching for servers hosting the mods. Now, it's all handled with one-program.

Not only will it keep you updated with all the DayZ maps, you can browse many (tons) of other mods from a GTA-style, WW2, VietNam and all crossroads, in between.
