How do you scope you're head around whilst running?

Recommended Posts

Showoff. :)

I'm a flightsim pilot so I've had it since forever and it's a negligible investment when compared to the cost of the computer, games and the financial detriment of actually playing computer games to begin with. Also, I find that it helps with neck pain since you keep exercising your neck muscles.

you can use freelook with mouse or keys. there is also a rich boy toy called track IR that uses head motions to pan the camera independent of mouse movement so you can turn and look. WANT ONE SO BAAAAD but can't justify it. maybe if standalone and ARMA 3 turn out to be as cool as i think they will i can convince myself that a $200 gadget is worth it for one game.

The key to justifying it is using it across a range of games. I use TrackIR in a couple of flight sims and a dozen or so racing games as well as ArmA and DayZ - they're in fact a bonus. Once you get used to it, it's hard to play without one
