New Laptop

Hello there fellow DayZ'ers,

My name is Frank and I need some help. My laptop crashed (for the third time) so I'm getting a new one. My old laptop never could run Arma 2 so I don't know if I should get this one. I really want to play DayZ but the closest I've ever gotten is playing it at all lowest settings and 2 FPS. Here are the specs of the laptop I want,

ASUS - 17.3" Laptop

Processor - Intel 3rd Generation Core i7

Processor Speed - 2.3 GHz (with turbo boost up to 3.3GHz)

System Memory (RAM) - 8 GB

Type of Memory (RAM) - DDR3

Hard Drive Size - 1 TB

Graphics - NVIDIA GTX 660M

Video Memory - 2 GB (dedicated)

I'm looking to get at least 30+ frames on High graphics settings on DayZ.

Please only post if you have knowledge of what any of this means (I have absolutely no idea what any of that means, it's like looking at Ancient Egyptian writing)

I dunno about 'high' settings but you'll get way better performance than with your old laptop anyway.
