Where to start when ordering an "official" dayZ hived server?

So I am very interested in ordering a server from one of these various Hosting Companies. One company has said they can't rent out anymore "official" servers because they are out of INSTANCEid's... is that the reality for most server rental places, or only the smaller companies? In other words, anyone have ideas on where a n00b would start looking to rent an official server? ie: best recommendations? Where do the pros rent at?

If you wanted an official Hive server, you could buy a dedi and then send in your Instance ticket then you could run your dedi off the private hive. It takes them about 3 days to reply to the support ticket and whitelist your server, but this is the best way to do it if there are no available ones on hosting websites.
