Hello, My name is Stewart and I am the Head of Recruitment at OGN. We are currently on the lookout to add some new talent to our team of experts. We have been a network for just over a year now and we are now but unfortunately we were recently hacked, this led to us losing our 300 or so subscribers that we had worked so hard for. This time we are back and we have a brand new look as well as a great new vision. We are one of the view gaming networks that is designed to solely help the creator. we are NOT a profit seeking gaming network, we are around to help the community and we are here to give the power back to the content creator. We feel that big financial businesses such as Machinima are squeezing the creative spark out of YouTube by making a full scale monopoly. Not only are we against this, we also feel that the content creators are being abused by these bigger companies due to the ridiculous percentage that the network powerhouses demand leaving the content creator with a small percentage of what should actually be his. We intend to give the majority of our partners a 80% share of the revenue that they gain from their videos as we feel that as you are the person creating the content, you should be entitled to the majority of the revenue that's built up by your videos. We are here to start a gaming revolution, tipping the tables towards the commentators once more. This isn't any revolution, It's the OGN Revolution!

Q. what kind of help/support are you going to give producers of content outside of the resources used explicitly for the releases on OGN?

A. We are currently compiling a range of media sources that can be used by all of our directors such as music and graphics libraries!

Q. Also what is the stance of your network in relation to established financial networks such as IGN/Machinima/TGS/etc

A. We are 100% Rivals of these dark green-tinted establishments that are only around to make a financial monopoly of YouTube. At OGN rather than offering our partners ridiculously small percentages of the revenue that is made on their videos we offer around 80% which is a substantial amount more than most gaming networks. Although we are not big enough to really pay out money (our directors would be earning pennies) we are 100% committed to being here for the content creator, We are determined to make YouTube a place that you can bring both your hobby and your work life together in one place. OGN is a peoples channel, not a business but more like a family.

Q. why should people choose OGN over more established (and paying/supporting) networks? And are these reasons perspective or present benefits?

A. We feel that when you become part of Outflow Inc you aren't seen as a partner but more like a new family member. OGN is here as a family of brothers that care and help each other out no matter what situation you are in whether you need help inside of YouTube or advice about issues outside of it. What we can offer that no other big network can is a sense of worth. Companies like Machinima tend to take long periods of time to help out their partners with issues but at Outflow Inc we are always there for you. A recent event came up where one of our members was in need of help with a project for their own channel and all of the guys here chipped in some of their own time to help the member of the family out. At OGN you can expect a warmth that can't be compared to any other network out there and that is why I regard OGN as one of the most friendly, determined and helpful gaming networks out their to date!

And where do the different types of channels fit into the infrastructure (for example TGS has its "personalities" like dodger/tb/etc. but also has its more quiet partners like necroscope and hcbailly who are LPers you never see mentioned, but are still part of the network, and get help with advertising/legal/etc. through it)

A. As we are still young we are able to alter our personality until we get the perfect balance between formal and informal commentators. In terms of marketing and advertising we are looking to launch an Adsense campaign at the start of February as well as some giveaways to boost our reach on YouTube. In terms of legal documents only our executive producers will need to sign up to anything, we ant to keep our network as creator-friendly as possible. We will not demand a certain amount of videos per week or anything along these lines but we do ask for your best work when you do submit.
