This pops up everytime i play the game, and it happens on my friends computer as well. Did i install the game wrong and is it the reason why my gameplay seems so choppy and freezes every once in a while?

Also, when i change any graphic settings it tells me i have to restart the game for some effects to take place.

So i restart the game and nothing has saved, whats up with that?
