RCON chat delay

Am i the only one that is experiencing this huge delay in the chat using RCON? It is a nice way to interact with users without staying in game.. but i read the chat with a 2 minutes (or more) delay.. is it "normal" or i'm doing something wrong?

Checking the netz (Im no ace) result with info but to it's relevance? I believe that there shouldn't be too-much if any lag between you and your server.

Perhaps the server-hoster is adding extra steps to ensure that the rcon comm isn't doing illicit.

Do you have 'good-ping' between your server-provider and yourself? (like under 50) and the server itself is stable (no ijitz with 150, 200, 300+ ping's?) Are you using other chat programs while r'con'n? twitter, facebook, steam even youtube videos. I mean no offence if you know the basics of internetz, 'ping/lag/response', computing power and all the side-dishes but some cant fathom running yt, twitter, fb, wm-player (your system) response will slow. May not be an internet/lag but software, when to allow this-or-that program access to system-resources.

Yes, my connection is fine (i work in the IT industry...), i wanted only to ask if others are experiencing the same, since i never used this tool before so i dunno how it should works normally.

If there's no lag for others then i assume the problem is on the server .. i ask em to investigate.
