Confused about the script log

so for awhile this has been pretty spammy and I am a noob about how to fix this. What can I do to stop this spam in the script.txt. I tried to put this in excel and find row 178 but it doesn't seem like the right line. Has anyone else managed to get this to stop spamming? it seem to do this for everyone.
