How can i run dayz in windowed mode without it minimizing?

I have my browser open on my second monitor but whenever i click it, it minimizes my game....so i tried windowed but its damn small

but that setup is a tad too big since it stretches down to task bar what would be the correct resolution height to set it to so its just above the task bar?
