Can't connect to any servers. Please help!!

When ever I try to join any servers, I get kicked almost immediately back to the server list screen, and the massage 'Waiting for character to create' comes up. I have tried many servers, and created 2 new profiles, but the same thing continues to happen.

Please help!!
