Baws 0 Posted June 16, 2012 I have successfully installed arma 2 and arma 2 OA and also dayz, but when I try to join any servers, I get kicked almost immediately back to the server list screen, and a message comes up saying 'Waiting for character to create.' and it seems to come up behind the list of servers, sort of in the background. I have created 2 progiles by the way, so it's not that I don't have one..Please help! This is annoying me massively! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Elidor 1 Posted June 16, 2012 I had this problem, too, and finally figured it out yesterday:Somewhere in your Arma2 folder is a folder called BattlEye. Copy that folder. Go to your Arma2 Operation Arrowhead folder, inside that is a folder called Expansion. Paste the copy of BattlEye into the Expansion folder.Once I did this, I was in the game within 2 minutes, standing on the beach, listening to those haunting sounds.
