Possible save-deleting? very bad glitch:(

Yeah, so about two hours ago, a irl friend of mine asked me if I could join his server and help him with a bloodpack since he was injured bad. Since I was close I said yes and joined the Dallas FRA server and then started my walk to him. I was in Berezino, when it all happened -

A server message came forth linking to their website, then when I turned back a green smoke grenade were right under my feets. Next second, my guy fell through the ground and then I crashed..

After a minute I desided to try again, and when I finally got in, it said I died in the info/chat bar in the low left corner, but nothing appeard on my screen. Everything was pitch black and I lost all my gear except for my bag the "coyote24-slot pack" and I didn't lost my stats either at the top right. I then quitted and hoped it would get fixed with a restart.

Next try, I started out in the Wilderness, with the same setup as before.

My question: is there anything the developers or admins can do to delete my latest saved games so I can play again with all the gear I had? I had that guy for almost a week so it feels a bit meh and I don't know if I'm ready to take up the fight again after this, I've heard wilderness a lost land.

Please.

Have you tried reinstalling?

Will it help? Thing is that the latest "Saved-game" of me playing is on their main base and I'm afraid I won't be able to play until someone of the dev team deletes my latest saved games.

I think I saw somewhere that administrators can do it for you, but I don't remember how and where you ask them to.
