BattlEye Won't Download

I need help! When I double-click on Setup_BattlEyeARMA2OA, it doesn't run. I want to play on DayZ Multiplayer but I need BattlEye first, and if I don't have BattlEye it just says "BattlEye Initialization Failed". I want to set it up but it won't run. Please Help ASAP! Thanks!

Okay I downloaded it, now what do I do...(sorry If I ask so many questions :/ )

Plop the 2 files in the Battleye folder and expansion/battleye folder.

I.e. copy and replace the files located in:

C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\BattlEye

AND

C:\Program Files\Bohemia Interactive\ArmA 2\Expansion\BattlEye

Assuming you have a retail install. If you are using steam there is a beta distribution channel you can access (I assume) by right clicking on the ArmA 2 OA game and "BETA" or something like that.
