Broken servers? Error auto kicks

Everytime I try to join ANY server I always get this message right after I join and get instantly kicked.

"You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.chernarus"

I know I installed the mod correctly. I have both Arma 2 and Arma 2 operation arrowhead, I used the auto installer (sixlauncher) I put in the code into operation arrowhead's launch options, I launched both games before the installation and after, then I just tried to play, I launched Arma 2 OA, tried to join a server and got that message everytime, I'm up to date and everything, what the hell is up with the mod and/or servers? And when I launch the game it gives me this message during the startup "Addon 'dayz_anim' requires addon 'CA_Dubbing_Counterattack'".

Try Dayz Commander, Update Dayz and run it from there, I use to use them codes in launch options but i find i dont need them anymore if use Dayz Commander

Alright cool DayZ Commander works much better. But now my problem is, I cannot find a computer that can actually handle running the game, it's so laggy now I get kicked for too high of ping.
