Please help :) need some good info!

So, recently i downloaded the Free Arma 2 because i want to see if i like DayZ

could you please tell me how to run it? I've got Arma 2 free downloaded but whenever i open DayZ commander, it says i haven't got it?

Basically. Could you please just leave me ALL the link's to make me able to play DayZ :)

As far as I'm aware you CANNOT play dayz with the free arma, You must purchase Arma II : OA

Steam is good...but i own arma2 retail. check like amazon.com to see if it may be cheaper then on steam. or....you just can wait for the standalone which comes out (hopefully) in a couple months.

Get either Arma 2 & Arma 2 OA or Get Arma 2 Combined Operations (which is both arma 2 & arma 2 oa)

You need both to play Dayz

So after I've purchased Arma 2:OA.

What do i do then?

Download DayZcommander and you are ready to play. I think that is how I did it (I downloaded first Play withSix but I deleted it and downloaded DayZcommander right after).

Edit: I'm going to reinstall everything again since I think mine got some errors. But just check in case I'm wrong (most likely i think) http://www.dayzwiki.com/wiki/How_to_install_DayZ
