I take it it's a server you usually play on that isnt usually locked?

This sometimes happens to a server I play on, when they are doing maintenance or something. Usually doesnt last long and after a while goes back to normal and I can join again. Maybe thats whats happened? How long has it been like this?

I was driving my bus when the server restart and was locked very long time, and now is locked too

If your playing on a Private Hive then the server can be locked and passworded.
