I kinda like the middle mouse scroll button option to select things as it is.

But.... What do you guys /girls think?

...Or do you prefer a keyboard assigned to picking something up?

I would guess no matter what the default controls are, I'll custom map them anyway.

I like the mouse wheel menu, but it doesn't seem to work very well : Opening the wrong door, switching weapons instead of climbing ladders etc.

I'll be happy as long as the keyboard is no longer filled with functions which serve no purpose (can't remap the number keys? WTF?)

EDIT: My pal has everything working through xpadder and it works pretty well. (I can't work it, but he's got it down to a T)

I like keyboard and mouse, but do you rekon anyone has considered gamepad support?

If there's no auto run button, my fingers will be VERY upset! But yeah, the thing you're asking, is kinda irrelevant as you can just go into options and change it anyways. Another thing I want is an open door/gate button, that is NOT on the normal actions menu. Its soo fucking annoying when you're running from a zombie or player and you run to a gate and press the middle mouse button trying to open the thing and all of a sudden you stop and (Slooooowly) take out your pistol while being raped by said zombie or hatchet wielding player. Im sure there are a few other annoyances like this too that CANNOT be changed currently. These are the things that need looking at rather then just changing something you can already change anyway.

Why change what works? I have changed keys to suit, as long as that option is there I will have no issues.

Is it just me or is spam becoming a real problem on these forums? They're starting to pop up all over.
