I'm pretty sure it's loaded with a single shot, then you throw it away

In Arma 2 it takes ammo M136 and i believe you have to have 1 in your inventory but I could be wrong! Switch weapon to M136 and see what is says.

what are you going to do with it??? There are no armored vehicles to destroy and you cant carry the backpack while you have it, a rock is more useful than that.

Unless Rocket added a script where you don't need a rocket for it, you need one that takes up six inventory slots in order to fire it.

Actually you can put it in your backpack. The launcher takes up about 6 slots and the rockets take up 4 I believe. My bud picked it up, came with 3 rockets! Needless to say, don't have any friends close behind you when you fire.....

I aimed down the sight and tried to shoot a boar, and got a *click*. Apparently I need rockets - but the AT4 is a single-use rocket launcher. Ive never seen MLAW rockets anywhere but in vehicles, and that was a bug... :(

So either a used AT4 spawned, or it's reusable in this game and needs the holy-grail of ammunition.

You can put it in a backpack so it isn't so bad - there's a specific rocket? I don't see any in the loot lists, and the MLAW rockets only take up 2 or 3 spaces.
