Zargabad, why the lack of support

Ive been bouncing between Zargabad and Namalsk and Ive noticed that despite being a great map to satisfy the PvPer in us, Zargabad is very underpopulated, especially in the night hours.

Anyone know why it doesnt have the support that certain maps have? Beside the frequent terrible "Wilderness" spawns, I think its a very well done map for PvP, and despite that not being the core purpose of this game, Im confused why it doesnt have the support that basically every other map has. (as we speak it has the least servers up, even behind terrible Takistan and spawn camping Utes.)

Any idea? And while we're on the note of Zargabad, does anyone have the makers websites where I could see a changelog for their most recent updates?
