DLC error with dayz_xxxxx

I am receiving the downloadable content error with the no dayz_code, dayz_weapon and etc. I have already merged the ARMA 2 add on folder with ARMA OA addon folder together. I then renamed the @DayZ folder to -mod=@DayZ. I am also running steam as admin. I am also running combined operation from steam, but the game still will not me join on any games cause of that error.

I am not sure what else am I supposed to do. I cannot seem to figure out what is wrong with it. Can anyone lend a hand?

Edit: I have renamed my folder back to @DayZ and then set the launch options with -mod=@DayZ -nosplash

Edit: The game now currently works at some point. A good 80% of the servers i get is giving me a connected failed. I am not sure if that is my part or the severs.
