How to code our fresh private hive

We were wondering how to code our server.

We are with survival servers and we mainly need to know how to create scheduled restarts, add weapons, and vehicles.

Also my private hive does not have any vehicles spawned in on it. I hear this is regular for the first few days of a fresh hive.

Anyways we are willing to pay also for someone to help code it.

Sorry for the noob questions but we have no idea.

If you don't know how to code/you don't know SQL then you probably should be trying to run a private hive.. If you want help and tutorials, use Google.

There's a lot to learn. You probably shouldn't have gotten yourself into this without the required knowledge.

pay someone to do it for you, or get someone to join you that you trust that knows what they are doing. it will be less time consuming and less stressfull for you
