Vehicle Problem

So i disconnected while driving my vehicle, which is totally loaded with high end stuff. Ofcourse when logging back in the vehicle is gone, but where is it? This has happened to be a couple of times before and it was somewhere near where i disconnected, but this time i cant find it anywhere.

Well that depends, if the server restarted while your away you may want to check the last spot you "saved" the vehicle at.

I've found things I've lost like this appearing at the last place I disembarked/saved it. Or roughly were it was when I crashed after a server reset. Mostly though, it just seems to disappear. This was during 1.7.2.5-6 though.

Im currently on 1.7.2.6, the server did not reset, i just disconnected. But i cannot find it anywhere, im not even bothered about the gear though, we have a stupid amount back at camp, but there only other vehicles i have are an ATV, GAZ and a tractor. This was a UAZ and i do all of my searching in this. :(

Ah well, I had the same thing with the motorbike with the flame decals on it, that shit was tight! I was the saddest panda for days. Even though it does seem like some kind of bug or whatnot, it taught me not to get too connected or dependent on any particular vehicle or gear.

Well the server resets in a few hours, so heres hoping that it respawns back where i last saved it, which isnt too far away.

Saving only records the gear inside. Vehicle is probably at or close to the last place you got out of it before you disconnected. Hope this helps, AC

odd, theres alot of loot and storage glitch, yeah usually when my loot isnt in my trunk i relog andplace an item in it and then it usually appears, or unloads unto the ground surrounding the veichle

oh haha i geuss i didnt read the post through this about the veichle not the gear inside, and yeah i had an awsome red skoda fully repaired and i had just finished fueling it and it disappeared, i dont really care about the car, more the gear, i had got the car from and adim fully repaired and it was gone, but thanks for the tip

I care more about the car than the gear, it only had 2 Bizons, 2 FN FALs, DMR and an M24 inside it, we have plenty of those at base, but the car is what i use to get between trades and helping newbies at the beach. My other vehicles are so slow offroad, apart from the ATV, but i feel vulnerable in that, and its hella easy to flip! :(

Same happened to me but it was a server restart whilst driving, logged back in, uaz gone :( spent 40 minutes on foot retracig our steps, found itnext to thesupermarket in starey :) all the gear gone but glad to get uaz back :)

Actually I've found out the problem. I have a private hive, and had found a vehicle that i was searching crazily for, (on my server I've modified the server to bring in some other vehicles) Well I found what i wanted took it back to my base and saved it. later diconnected and came back (before my server reset) andit was gone ( I was gone for 2-3 minutes) went looking for it.....it was in the same place as before. (I did save it at my camp, and no the server did not reset). After searching around....ending up on no no sites. I ran into a script that allows hackers to "add in" a vehicle spawn. Basically every time the server resets they drop the code in and bam that car is there. But if you ever save it its gone. I put that into my list of scripts to be caught and 2 seconds later a guy was auto kicked and banned from the server and the vehicle was gone. This may be your problem friend. Hope this helps
