How do I increase the number of vehicles or the day/night ratio on a private hive server?

Hello DayZ forums, I just started hosting my own private hive server, and while everything is going well I would still like to tweak a few things. Before I get into anything I want to apologize if this isn't actually possible, it's just that I've seen servers that claim to be "%90 day time" or "2x Vehicles".

Anyway, I downloaded the Bliss private hive server files from here http://www.tunngle.n...rver-installer/ and I set it up without a problem.

Now, where are the config files that I can change to alter day/night and vehicle spawning?
