here at gcg all te members can be promovated if we think you got something in you, we give you the chance to be a community officer, or squad leader if you do an awsome job you can become an admin.

it's like you see it , we give a lot to our users / clans the clans / users don't pay a penny for our server so in my opinion its a good deal you can also talk about it on the teamspeak

I can see your logic but to me that's not a true merge if you are forcing your name onto a clan as they are losing their identity and conforming to yours. We offer something similar in our "Partnerships" scheme but don't force our partners to change their names or anything.
