Kolossi (DayZ) 0 Posted June 16, 2012 Was playing on DE 6 (DAO.nu server) yesterday and stumbled upon some clan's camp in north. Packed with tents and 2 offroad jeeps (UAV correct name..?) ATV and motorcross.I took UAV and ATV and drove them away during my couple trips I made to the camp. Didn't take much from the tents, only M14 and few bloodpacks.While i was driving away I went by my tent and took all the stuff inside and saved them inside the UAV, packed the tent and placed it in my inventory.Drove to safety and saved both vehicles. Now, I got back this morning to only find that both vehicles are gone and I thought Ok, someone could have found them and took them somewhere.I run my way back to the clan's camp only to find my old tent (which i packed) in its original place with all the stuff inside when i saved it. Then I run to the camp and its been cleared, all the vehicles that were there are now gone, tents are still there but only with trash loot.I'm not saying for sure that admins on DE6 reverted back, could have been some other weird reason, but after reading all these posts on these forums it just seems to me this kind of behaviour occurs too often , that after well equipped camp gets looted magically things revert back to what they were before looting took place.Like I said, can't really proof anything since I didn't record any ingame video of the events (will do so from now on), but maybe if other users on DE6 has experienced the same they could make their voice heard here. MarKeR (DayZ) 57 Posted June 16, 2012 For the last time...Admins of a server cannot rollback, revert or whatever you decide to call it to a previous state...Maybe what happened was, that they noticed the 4 vehicles missing, went hunting for them and moved them to somewhere else along with there camp..I'm seriously getting fucked off with uneducated people coming onto the forum and accusing admins of cheating constantly..No, I'm not the admin of de6, but I am an admin... Please do a search before you accuse someone of cheating...It's open fucking warfare on admins in here, and I can see a good few people leaving because of it... Kolossi (DayZ) 0 Posted June 16, 2012 Yeah like I said, that was my 1st thought that they had found the vehicles and took them back.But still doesn't explain how my tent which i packed the 1st time and placed in my inventory had suddenly appeared back in its original position, unless there is a bug in how the servers save tents and stuff.If it wasnt for the tent issue , I wouldnt even have bothered making this thread.I did not say admins on DE6 were cheating, I just stated the facts which happened and seemed a bit weird to me.Also you answered to my question that rollback is impossible so thats enough for me, thanks. PITN (DayZ) 2 Posted June 16, 2012 Looking at DE6 in Sixupdater suggests to me that the admins need to update and secure their server. Don't play on servers that fall behind on updates or fail to run full AC protection. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
