Do we really have to go through the full weather spectrum EVERY SINGE DAY?

Recommended Posts

Every single day we have all possible weather, just constantly cycling. So every days its "foggy" for 30 mins then rains, then sunny then cloudy, then thunder lightning, rinse and repeat all day everyday. And before people say tis not more realistic like that at all.

And I put the word foggy in " " marks, because its basically exactly the same as going into options and turning view distance down to 500. It has no fog effect like in ArmA 2. It looks shit. Why do we have to have our view distance lowered to 500 about 10 times a day?

i doubt it will get changed, but this is the suggestions forums.

xD haha I do play quite a bit HOWEVER a thought has just occurred to me. I'm not totally sure about this, but it SEEMS like one server i play on is fecking always foggy (again could be just me noticing it too much), now, could the admin be making it "foggy" (or lowering the view distance to 500 as i like to call it) to make it seem like the server runs smoother? i.e DayZ is capped at 1600, because apparently DayZ servers cant handle much more than that, so I imagine 500 view distance would make for better performance. xD Definitely me being paranoid, but is there any chance this could be the case? xD
