Community Ban List Issue

Hi, im on the community ban list for no reason. I've never hacked before or cheated in anyway. This is my GUID: be3b2262170ab8e73c17e34a4ebf13ca i cant even find the report on my guid. I've posted 2 different ban appeals. One was about 3 months ago and the other was about 2 months ago. I got no response of any kind. I also emailed Dwarden, and he again didnt respond. This is very frustrating and i hope someone can help me with this issue. Thanks

Because this problem needs to be fixed. No one reads the appeals on the Community Ban list anymore. It is bullshit considering all the legitimate players being put on that list, and not being able to get off.
