Setting for names to appear when users use voice chat?

I am sure this is covered somewhere but I cannot find it for the life of me - to be honest a list of all the Day Z server settings would be perfect if anyone has a link to them...

i assume you are talking about difficulty settings that is usually all already there if you get a server from a game server company

I am talking about having users names appear in the bottom left when they use voicechat - I would rather not have to resort to using nameplates to see who the cheaters are on our server, and if I can coax them into talking then it will display their name.

You need to have this on your server's difficult settings: vonId = 1;

1 means it's on. By default it's on when having Recruit or Regular -difficulty level but in Veteran it's 0 as default.

It should be on .ArmA2OAProfile
