If I get average 30-35fps on chernaus but 20 in eletroko how much would I get on new maps more or less fps?

Depends....:-)

You should do fine on Namalsk.

In any case, the fps is influenced by a lot of factors, one of the biggest of which is the number of objects that have to be rendered within your field of view and what direction they are taking.

You'll only really know if you experiment. I would suggest though that you keep your visual distance to between 800 to 1000 meters.
