[Problem] Updating issues [HELP]

well, i'll make this short, i have my private server, and my arma 2 oa (dayz) on a different installations, that means i have my server in a different folder that my game has.

i update my server downloading the latest arma 2 beta patch, and installing it, thing is that when i update it, the ''instalation'' goes to the GAME folder, not updating my server.

i try using DayZ Commander, heading to the settings and giving him the order to update the server folder, and not the game, same, keeps updating the game and not the server folder itself.

any kind of help, threads etc etc etc would be helpful for me...

NOTE: i only need to know how to update my server, when i launch the arma 2 beta patch update, the .exe actually update automaticly directly to the game and not to the server itself.
