Battleye Banned (need help)

I got global banned a while ago from all battleye servers and i have figured out that it was someone who used my cd-key and i wont be unbanned.

Then in the mail from Battleye they replied that if i wanna play again i need to buy a new copy of (ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead) and i have done that now and i have also uninstalled the it and installed the one i just brought but im still banned for the same reason, what should i do??

Yes i use steam

and no i made a new account and brought it there
