crazykid1297 51 Posted November 4, 2012 I ordered a server with Lowpinggameservers.com, thinking I was getting a public hive server. I was deceived because the order form didn't state that it was a public hive or private hive. When the server was set up, it was the Bliss hive. So I ask them to switch me to the public hive, and they want me to wait two weeks! No. Not gonna do that. I requested a refund from them, for now, I'm pretty much screwed. rwake345 (DayZ) 6 Posted November 4, 2012 (edited) Their name doesn't even sound legit, I wouldn't of trusted them off the bat. Edited November 4, 2012 by rwake345
Welch (DayZ) 756 Posted November 4, 2012 Their name sounds totally legit! And I'd stick with a Private Hive, yo. In Private Hives, you can insert weapons, insert buildings, insert vehicles, be a REAL Admin and make your own rules, set amt. of vehicles there are, limit what types of weapons there are, etc. You'll get way more attention brought to your server if you just put MAX VEHICLES or 80+ VEHICLES in your name than you would a Public Server. hounddog (DayZ) 2 Posted November 5, 2012 I would have simply asked before i ordered. I mean most other providers state it on their product pages so the fact that they did not is a little odd, but yea still would have asked
urbanfox 116 Posted November 7, 2012 Can't comment on them, but looking at their website..$1/slot?Their cheapest dedicated server is $140 for a crappy 2.4 GHz Core2Quad?Their pricing is absolutely horrendous.
