Blood percentage.

I would like to know actually how much blood I have left when I play, so it would be nice to have a blood percentage showing how much blood you have now that the debug window is gone.

I know it's not realistic, but still :)

...you can't. Debug is gone. Use the icon. Get used to it for standalone.

The debug monitor is gone forever as it was a development tool, and the blood icon and other HUD elements will be removed in the standalone if I remember rockets comments correctly. I do believe you will be able to find devices like this http://healthyme123.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/06/blood-pressure.jpg to aid you in monitoring your blood pressure!
