dreaded blue screen

Last couple of days I can play dayZ normal sometimes, and then others, I get the wicked blue screen of death and computer reboots. I have windows Vista 64... which I have been told could be the problem... However, last time I had this problem it had to do with my water cooler. I refilled it, which I have many times in the past, but I am still getting the same problem. Was wondering if anyone knows if maybe its a corrupt hard disk or any ideas what so ever?
