I Have bought ArmA II - But i dont have OA...

So i dont have combined operations.

If i download OA from the internet will the mod still work ?

And how to do that ?

By "download from internet" you mean stealing/piracy? If yes, we do not support piracy here at this forum nor provide any info about it.

Otherwise, if you have ArmA 2 in Steam, then you should most likely also have OA in Steam in order to combine them.

If it is non-steam, then any non-steam version should work for combining it into Combined Operations.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes you have to combine them in order to play DayZ.

I'm pretty sure you need to combine the two since you don't have the CO version. (DayZ needs some files from Arma 2 to work, but it needs OA to run) Just look up a guide for this - god knows there's plenty of them around.

I've bought Arma II and OA separately in Steam and that works fine; if that's relevent at all. As far as I'm aware you can have a combination of Retail / Steam, you just have to mess around with it.
