This topic is not about gathering resources from houses.

It is about Gathering in open fields/or forest.

I think that enabling players to find Strawberries, Mushrooms in the forest will give more choices to players.

Because now, all the starting players go to houses and find anything useful.

What i think, is that you can survive without visiting villages or cities at all.

What i think is not just to grow fruits and crops on your own farm,

but also spawn mushrooms and other berries stuff in the forest.

You can survive without going into towns etc, good idea though having more consumable food stuffs. I'm sure there will be some surprises in the SA with regards to food. if not on release but later on like fish, fruit and vegetation.

I like the premise of the idea: more stuff to do... more tools... more options.... That's what empowers players and builds a sandbox game environment.

Give more choices, more option, more freedom.

Of course. Man, smoking weed u can become superman, but next morning get up in the garbage bin....
