Two problems arma 2 starts up twice and bad version

when I start up dayz through dayz commander I choose the server I regularly go on and after clicking 2 arma 2 oa open 1 starts up the regular game and the other is the server im trying to join im confused i've played day z for almost a year now and now its giving me these errors please help. Also its been giving me bad version server rejected connection on all servers.
