Other Maps besides Chernarus don't work with "Run through steam" option (DayzCommander)

When I run a different map through steam I get a message saying that I am running a wrong version. Help? But when I run it without steam I can use the map perfectly fine.

Run it without steam..

I like to have my hours recorded playing, and I like the sharing option through steam. I also like have a in-game browser through steam incase I need help. I also like my friends knowing that I am playing Dayz. So...no.
