what ways are their in game to get your blood back up can anyone help me :)

Blood transfusion/ Cooked meat/Beans/Sardines etc.

BT give's you 12k blood and it doesnt matter how much you had.

Meat give you 800Blood with each meat you eat.

all other food give you 200 blood.

For blood transfusion you need second survior to help you with it.

-Eat regular food, (Beans, pasta, ect)

-Go hunting, gut the animal with a hunting knife, get firewood with a hatchet, and light it with a box of matches, then cook the meat. Cooked meat gives 800 blood, and cows have as much as 8 steaks on them (6400 blood from one animal).

-Get a blood transfusion. Find a blood pack in a hospital, and get someone to give you the blood. You can't give yourself a transfusion.
