So this is allowable? I have a group of four that would love to play without other players killing us. Don't need to be connected to the hive, but is information on this stuff out there and acceptable to the dayz dev team?

rocket is referring specifically to servers that are connected to the database there redilS

the OP was asking about non DB connected ones.

any server running a mission that says DayZ- stufhereaboutwhateververisonitis is not connected to the database and is a private server.

Um, what is rocket going to do about it? It's a private server with no dayz affiliations (apart from a server name).

He can't nor should he do a thing.

how do you get/ SP mod= non database connected server = not allowed to run while not connected?

really, the devs should just leave people to do thier own thing in there. they are not hurting anyone exept themselves. (by that I mean not having the latest stuff)
