Arma 2: OA "Failed to contact key server"

I have the same problem everytime i try to launch ArmA II Operation Arrow head to play DayZ. Every time i click play, it'll say "preparing to launch" and then, "Failed to contact key server" I don't know whats causing this, are there any fixes?

The steam servers seem to be out of keys - you'll have to wait for them to fill up more keys... alot of new buyers have this problem.

same as here. i had the game running for a couple of months and then boom failed to contact key server. ive tried all the rienstalls, run as admin n verifying the game cache but nothin works. if its to do with steam not having the keys then how would it affect peeps that already had it running? aram II will run just not Ao
