While knocked out bleeding, Are friends able to bandage you with out injecting epi pen first? Or need injection first?

Your friends can bandage you, give you blood transfusions, painkillers, morphine, all while you're asleep on the ground...

Yep, they can do all the normal stuff once you're fully logged in. If blood is low I highly recommend doing a transfusion before using the epi-pen, as they could pass out again as soon as they wake up.
