Can't join any servers.

I installed DayZ by following this tutorial

but for some reason I'm unable to connect to any DayZ servers.

The "Loading" bar pops up and loads to full, then after about 20-30 seconds it kicks me back out to the server lists.

Any known fixes for this issue?

I'm having the exact same issue as SIR ORION THE 4TH, i'm not using Arma2Free, i have combined operations and followed the installation instructions to the T. A friend says to try the beta patch so thats what im trying now, if anyone can tell me why this is happening please help

What makes you think I'm using Arma2Free? I literally posted the video guide I followed, he's not using Arma2Free.

I fixed my problem!

My solution:

I right clicked ARMA 2: Operation Arrowhead and clicked "Reinstall BattlEye Anti-Cheat".

So I fixed the issue, I just had to verify the integrity of both games (if you're on steam copies)
